Build A Growth Strategy

Having a plan is half of the work.

Why do we operate in 6 month periods?

Annual plans are too forward looking when it comes to marketing. While your business may plan on an annual basis, we don't want to hold marketing accountable for a 12 month plan while the environment changes almost daily.

6 months gives us enough room to plan for the future, without having to make full plans on a quarterly basis. Yes, we will still do quarterly reviews, give updates, and pivot the plan as necessary on almost a weekly basis.

The Deliverables - Starting at $2,500

  • A shareable growth strategy plan

  • 6-Month roadmap organized by priority

  • KPIs and reporting dashboards

  • Full 6 month growth strategy plan

  • Custom KPIs and reporting dashboards

  • Half day workshop session

Step 1: Set Objectives and Key Results

Align the entire team with a common mission to ensure that marketing is doing work that supports the entire buyer's journey. Not just the top of funnel.

We agree on common targets and then build a plan to meet them.

Step 2: Map The Buyer's Journey

Take a look at every stage of your buyer's journey from first hearing about you to their last experience with your organization.

What is marketing doing to:

- Create awareness

- Educate

- Make it as easy as possible to purchase

- Retain existing clients

- And incentivize referrals

Step 3: Build The Strategy

To build the strategy we look at each stage of your buyer's journey with your company and develop:

  • Goals

  • KPIs

  • Platforms

  • Messaging

  • Tactics

Since each stage of the journey is accomplishing a different objective... you will want to treat them as separate efforts towards a combined goal.

Step 4: Create KPIs and Reports

To make sure you are successful you have to measure against the right key performance indicators. Especially revenue. This means making sure that tracking is happening actively and accurately. And that there is a plan in place to change the strategy as new information comes in.

You should have processes to report:

  • Weekly

  • Monthly

  • Quarterly

Step 5: Finalize The Plan

Now that the work is done - You will receive a plan with:

  • Clear Key results & objectives

  •  A target audience

  • Your buyer's journey with goals, KPIs, messaging, tactics, and software needed for each stage.

  • Team roles and talent needs for each tactic

  • A roadmap of tactics prioritized by order of impact and importance

  • Customized KPI Dashboard for tracking purposes

  • Revenue tracking dashboard based on cost out vs cost in

  • Tech stack recommendations

  • Content Ideas
